Excellent Stay in a Prime Location!

The hotel staff was genuinely helpful and attentive. They provided prompt assistance with directions. I appreciated the free tuk-tuk service to the Grand Palace. It saved time. Shopping and many restaurants were conveniently located nearby.

The Standard Double Room was sufficiently spacious and very clean. It had everything I needed. Pristine white sheets and fresh towels were changed daily! Tea and coffee facilities were available.

The staff helped me book a taxi early in the morning, that was a relief. My room felt spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel's proximity to Khaosan Road and some nice restaurants nearby worked well.

the location was acceptable because it was near local restaurants.
The room i received was quite noisy. I could hear traffic throughout my stay. the air conditioning unit was also loud and disruptive. the shower was old, and it leaked after they attempted a repair.

the location really rocks. it's super close to khaosan road. staff members were really nice to me. the room was clean and had everything i needed.
the walls, oh boy, they were super thin. i could hear everything happening outside and in the next room. the bathroom was tiny, it felt always wet. there was not even a kettle in the room to make tea.

the place was very clean. they cleaned my room daily. the staff were helpful getting cabs. the rooms are non smoking but there's a sit out for smokers on the 4th floor. there's a artist's shop that make hand made stuff just outside.
the air conditioning was not the best, especially during the day.
